Release Highlights 03/23: New grouping options for the plan, new Budget & Costs grid, adding offset to forecast

This is our monthly update that highlights recent product improvements we’ve made so you can easily stay up to date on what’s new. All of this should improve your MARMIND experience as much as possible and help you stay on top of your marketing processes.

PLAN: Group different object types together

The new plan allows you to group different object types. For instance, you can now group all actions, projects and campaigns that are assigned to a specific target audience.

You can group different objects by:

  • Responsibility
  • Status
  • Target regions
  • Target countries
  • Target group types
  • Target groups
  • Product categories
  • Product types
  • Products

Before, you could only group one object type, such as campaigns. Views that only group one specific object type have been marked as outdated and will be removed soon.

BUDGET & COSTS: Grid now available as beta version

The Budget & Costs module now comes with a highly configurable grid, which has been released as a beta version. Stay on top of things by comparing different periods, planned and actual costs, different cost types, and much more. If you plan your budgets on a quarterly basis, you can also look at cost types per quarter, for example.

BUDGET & COSTS: Add offset for forecast

In your budget planning area settings, you can now enter the number of days that you want planned, committed and actual costs from the previous period to remain part of the forecast. This function lets you determine when accounting for the previous period is locked from a financial perspective.
