GENERAL: @mention user groups
You would like to mention an entire user group in a comment? Up until now, mentioning was available for individual users, departments, organizational units, and custom roles.
We have now added the functionality for user groups, too, meaning that you can tag an entire user group in a text field with just one mention. Please note that this will only work if the user group has been added to the relevant context.
PLAN: Show budget limits
You can now add a column to the plan view to show budget limits.
If you add this column, you will see the budget limits as they apply to the selected planning period and by tree object.
BUDGET & COSTS: New custom field filters for costs available
For last month’s release, we introduced custom fields for costs to allow you to add more detailed information around costs, such as invoice details. We have now made the first filters for the following custom field types available:
- Calculated
- Text
- Text area
- Text link
We will be releasing more filters soon.
ASSETS: Share multiple assets in one go
You can now use a single link to share multiple assets at the same time. When opening the link, you can choose if you would like to download all assets or selected ones only.
