Terms and conditions agreement

 

Eligibility

Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Austria and/or other eligible European countries as determined by Marmind. Employees of Marmind and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win a prize. The giveaway is subject to all applicable Austrian laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Valid only while supplies last. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Giveaway period

The Giveaway entry period begins at 8:00 CET on May 19, 2025, and ends at 8:00 CET on May 27, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Giveaway Period.

How to enter

Per Email: During the Giveaway Period, you can visit G2 where you will follow the entry instructions online, which may include subscribing to a newsletter or engaging in a promotional activity (an "Initial Entry"). Limit one (1) Initial Entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Giveaway Period, regardless of whether a person has multiple email addresses.

Winner selection

Winners will be determined by completely random selection to be held on or about May 27, 2025. Views reflected in the reviews will not alter the choosing process. Winners will be selected from entries received during the Giveaway Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with their entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Marmind, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final. If a potential winner does not respond within 5 business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion. 

Prizes / Odds of winning

Each winner will receive 1x Marmind Merch Bundle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: € 20. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Giveaway Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer unless required by law. 

Taxes & Legal responsibilities

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize as per Austrian tax law. The Organizer is not liable for any additional costs incurred in claiming the prize. If applicable, the Organizer will cover promotional gift tax obligations up to the legally required limit.  

Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof). The Organizer also reserves the right to disqualify the entry of any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries. 

Liability & Disclaimer

Data protection

By participating, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering this Giveaway in compliance with GDPR and Austrian data protection laws. The Organizer’s Privacy Policy can be found here. 

Governing law & disputes

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be governed by Austrian law, and any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Austria.
