This is our monthly update that highlights recent product improvements we’ve made so you can easily stay up to date on what’s new. All of this should improve your Marmind experience as much as possible and help you stay on top of your marketing processes.
BUDGET AND COSTS: Revised Column Structure for Greater Transparency
To improve transparency regarding cost types and their statuses, the column structure of the budget and cost grid has been revised. The "Costs by Type" section has been replaced with clearly defined main categories - Forecast, Planned Costs, Actuals, Obligos, and All Costs - while a new "Costs by Status" section now displays all cost statuses configured for the respective customer (e.g., Draft, Pending Approval, Cancelled).
To improve clarity, the terms “planned costs,” “actuals,” and “obligos” are now presented at the top level, as they are no longer treated as statuses. It is good to note that previously saved bookmarks will continue to function as expected.
GENERAL: Responsible User Assignments Have Been Enhanced in Bookmarks
The process for saving bookmarks has been enhanced to ensure that only users with the appropriate contextual access can be assigned as responsible within bookmarks to avoid confusion or misunderstandings.
TO-DOs: Pre-Definition of Participants Per To-Do is Now Possible
We have expanded the configuration of to-do checklists! This now includes the option to define participants per to-do using custom roles for clarity and time-saving.
