Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Your future role

  • Develop a sustainable lead and opportunity pipeline for your assigned market, in collaboration with the Inside Sales team, following the ABM (Account Based Marketing) sales approach.
  • Support the Management team in deal closings.
  • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients and present MARMIND in an online demo –understanding individual marketing process requirements of our clients is nothing new for you.
  • You accompany the customer as a MARMIND expert from the initial meeting or RFI/RFP, through the entire sales cycle to closing and are responsible for the handover to the implementation team or a partner.
  • Working with sales and implementation partners in co-sell activities is part of your daily business.
  • You represent MARMIND at events and conferences such as OMR or DMEXCO (travel activities between 20-30%).
  • Build relationships via email, phone and B2B networks (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) to develop sales opportunities.
  • Manage appointments, leads and the sales pipeline.
  • You create offers and accompany individual deal processes up to negotiation and closing – SaaS contracts are ideally nothing new to you.
  • You work with our CRM system HubSpot and keep deals and pipeline up to date.

Your profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/sales development of complex solutions (preferably B2B SaaS software solutions in a marketing environment)
  • Completed education with IT focus (HTL, University, FH etc.) is an adventage
  • Experience in a similar position where the assigned quota of leads/customers and closings was reached or exceeded
  • You have a good understanding of software and digitalisation – previous work in consulting is an advantage.
  • Experience in demonstrating complex B2B SaaS solutions and talking to C-level decision makers.
  • Knowledge and experience in the integration of systems in the field of marketing technology (DAM, PIM, ERP, marketing automation, CRM) is an advantage.
  • Recent experience in the SaaS or marketing software industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are important to us.

  • Willingness to learn and a strong desire to keep up to date with technology trends, developments and best practices.
  • High level of organizational and communication skills.

  • A gross salary of € 4,500 per month (14x) is envisaged for full-time employment. An overpayment according to the actual qualification and experience is foreseen.
