What’s new in the latest version of MARMIND?
The following areas have been improved for you:

  • Workspaces/Campaigns

Plan/Calendar view:

  • The plan view now also offers you the option to group your marketing activities by supplier or medium
  • The link to open budget and cost view or the dashboard directly from the plan has been integrated into the easy to use “next steps” menu (to be opened via click on “+” beside the respective object name)
  • Some additional design and performance updates

Workspaces/Campaigns:

  • Workspaces and campaigns now provide you with easy approval processes
  • Just select the “request approval” option directly from the status box to send a to-do to the responsible person
  • Once approved, the status will be updated automatically and all people involved receive a notification automatically
  • You can now also set individual “minds” per workspace or campaign
  • As soon as the events you set in your “minds” occur (e.g. milestone reached, status reached, date reached, etc.), the results / metrics will automatically display as notifications in the new “mindbox” (popup)

Marketing actions:

  • Actions now also allow you to start simple approval processes via to-dos
  • To do so select the “request approval” option directly from the status box to send a to-do to the responsible person
  • Once approved, the status will be updated automatically and all people involved receive a notification automatically
  • The supplier details of the actions now offer you the opportunity to directly adopt the new social media and website links of your contacts
  • At the click of a button, suppliers’ social and web pages can also be opened directly from within the action details page, for example to follow reviews or publications of influencers, journalists or other media partners

Contacts:

  • The details of your contacts show additional social media channels now
  • You can also track values for fans, followers, and subscribers of your contacts, for example to manage influencers with the appropriate ratios
  • Include the new social media and website links also into the supplier details of your marketing actions, e.g. to track reviews or publications
  • With the extension, the import and export excel templates have been updated with the new social media fields (columns)

To-dos:

  • The design of the to-do detail page incl. the chat-function was updated too
  • Now it’s even easier to track your most important tasks and appointments, and it’s easier to manage team voting via the chat feature (comments)

Notifications/Mindbox:

  • The notifications in MARMIND have been extended
  • The list of notification now offers you a filter option regarding e.g. To-dos, Messages or Assets, and filtering for “important events/changes” or “news” for you
  • In your personal settings, you can now also make more extensive settings about which events you would like to be informed about
  • The easiest way to access the personal settings is to click on your “name” in the upper right corner, above the header of MARMIND
  • In addition, a so-called “Mindbox” (popup) has been implemented
  • It enables immediate notification of important events (for example, budget overruns, goal achievement, etc.)
  • You can also set these events individually in your personal user settings
  • Each campaign and workspace can also be set to have individual “minds” that automatically respond to events (such as milestone reached, status reached, date reached, etc.) and then display campaign results/metrics
  • Just try these new settings directly and set the options according to your individual needs

Miscellaneous:

  • The release also includes more performance enhancements, minor bug fixes, and design updates
