This is our monthly update that highlights recent product improvements we’ve made so you can easily stay up to date on what’s new. All of this should improve your Marmind experience as much as possible and help you stay on top of your marketing processes.
PLAN: "Planned Costs” Toggle
Now you can use a new toggle named “Planned Costs” in the column drop down of the Plan module to help you see your upcoming costs, allowing for greater ease and efficiency when looking over planned costs.
You can now view and update the Responsible Person directly within the Cost Details, as well as seeing the creator’s name and timestamp displayed at the bottom of the cost details screen for better transparency and traceability. As the field was locked before, the responsible couldn’t be changed. This now gives users more flexibility and transparency when managing their costs.
The rounding logic for split costs (based on duration) and recalculation when changing the total amount has been harmonized. We have ensured that the total sum of the costs is not exceeded, and the rounding error for uneven numbers is taken into account in the last cost entry of a cost split, allowing the split costs to be more accurate.
