To start building your MARMIND platform skills, take advantage of the MARMIND Webinars & Guided Tours. When you’re ready for more, we got the perfect online training package for you - free of charge!

Gain essential skills without spending time and money travelling to a classroom environment. Certified MARMIND instructors teach user over the Internet via our eLearning facility and virtual machine technology.

 

All participants need is a MARMIND user registration (incl. trial status), good English, German or French language skills, a computer with Internet connection and a telephone (land line).

 

Participants log in to our eLearning environment at specific class times so they can see, hear and interact with their instructor and learn features, functions and best practice cases in real time.

 

Training "Advanced"i want to know more 

The MARMIND Webinars & Webcasts at the MARMIND web cast library are a good way to start building your MARMIND platform skills. When you’re ready for more, we got the perfect classroom training package as well.

 

MARMIND classroom-based courses provide users with a face-to-face learning experience at a set place and time. Each classroom course consists of around 8 hours of instruction per day at the UPPER Network office in Vienna/Austria or we’ll even come to you to train your entire team in private classes on-site.

Duration: 8 hours
Location: Vienna/Austria or at your office (Europe only)

All participants need is:

 

  • MARMIND user registration (incl. trial status)
  • Good English, German or France language skills
  • A computer with internet connection (if on-site training is preferred)

 

You will learn not just the basics but all you need to know to get the most out of your MARMIND solution and make every user more productive.

 

Monthly Support Package "Get started"i want to know more 

MARMIND offers various support packages.

Our Get started Support Package is free of charge and includes 1 hour phone support as well as 24/7 access to Email support with standard response time. The package will show you how easy it is to get the most out of your MARMIND solution backed by our support team with first-hand knowledge.

 

The Get started Support Package entitles MARMIND customers to:

 

  • 1 hour personal support free of charge - telephone support hotline for all of your business or technical requests, provided 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET, Monday through Friday
  • Designated Caller - the subscriber only (one named user)
  • 24/7 access to Email support with a 24 hours response time
  • Unlimited cases - Submit any number of support requests online
  • Telephone support will be recorded in 15-minute units (every quarter hour started)


The “Get started” support package is free of charge and can only be ordered once per month by the subscriber. But that’s not where support ends. MARMIND offers various advanced and premium support packages at a comfortable and cost-saving monthly basis. See the following packages available to subscribers.

 

Monthly Support Package "Advanced"i want to know more 

MARMIND offers advaced support packages too.

Our advanced support delivers advanced priority phone support and 24/7 access to Email support with priority response. The advanced benefits are available to 3 users and will comfortably and cost-savingly be charged on a monthly basis.

 

The advanced support package entitles MARMIND customers to:

 

  • 4 hour personal support - telephone support hotline for all of your business or technical requests, provided 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET, Monday through Friday
  • Designated Callers - limited to 3 registered users
  • 24 business hour response time - 24/7 access to Email support with faster response
  • Unlimited cases - Submit any number of support requests online

 

The advanced support package reflects monthly payment and can be ordered and canceled any time as it will fit your personal needs. Additionally an 8 hour per month package (EUR 790.00/month) is available. Telephone support will be recorded in 15-minute units (every quarter hour started). Additional support will be billed on a time & material basis (every half hour started, in coordination with subscriber).

 

Monthly Support Package "Premium"i want to know more 

The MARMIND premium support provides 24x7 priority phone support and exclusive 24/7 access to Email support with premium response to make the most of your MARMIND solution.

Speak directly to a support engineer or a professional service consultant with first-hand knowledge of how best to resolve your business or technical request or log your support query online, giving you the flexibility to report queries in the most efficient manner for your business and get the fastest possible response.

 

The advanced support package entitles MARMIND customers to:

 

  • 24/7 hours personal support - telephone support hotline for business or technical issues
  • Designated Callers - limited to 10 registered users
  • 24/7 access to Email support with 8 or less business hours response time
  • Unlimited cases - Submit any number of support requests online
  • Available for MARMIND solutions with more than 100 registered users


The premium support package reflects monthly payment and can be ordered and canceled any time as it will fit your personal needs. Price as from 100 registered users on request.

 

Workshop "Get started" (Europe only)i want to know more

The MARMIND "advanced" workshop package provides both a 2 day experts workshop and a customized version of MARMIND for 60 days intense testing. Based on the assessment findings and workshop results, we assemble a custom-tailored MARMIND version intended to provide the best possibility for you to verify how MARMIND can change the way of doing marketing today.


The "Advanced" package includes all topics of the MARMIND "Get started" Workshop plus a MARMIND customization package, including but not limited to
