The desired workflows can be modelled to complete processes by using a graphic workflow designer with drag & drop modelling. But MARMIND goes beyond. You don't have to modify processes in a designer, you just have to activate or deactivate checkboxes to customize your process management. From this moment on, the marketing process automation is ready for use. If changes are needed you can optimize your settings within runtime.

Dynamic Process Responsibilities

Powerful and flexible to support complex marketing workflows

The process control in MARMIND is flexible. The selected operations therefore do not follow a rigid scheme but can be modified, as in “Daily Business”, even during the process.

To ensure this, even responsibilities for individual process steps must not be rigidly allocated to specific users, but they should be flexibly distributed to roles or functions. Who then carries out the next necessary step in a certain process, for example, will be determined by the “Daily Business” according to the requirements and available resources.


In MARMIND, processes can be changed even during run-time. For example, an allocated process step can be “forwarded” to another user or “rejected”. It is important, however, that in the background the integrated process engine controls that the processes are actually carried out and that it escalates (e.g. to someone responsible for the process) when the process does not continue in time.


Maximum flexibility, ongoing process control and yet as close as possible to reality, this can be achieved by process desing with “dynamic process responsibilities” in MARMIND.
