Peter Ramsenthaler concluded his studies of economics at the university of Graz with the focal points on political economy, investment banking and fiscal law. During the progression of his career he worked as a financial analyst for Procter & Gamble on several projects for two years. Then he moved to Virgin Germany as a financial controller for six months. He gathered further experience at Universal Music (previously MCA) for the next 6 years. He started to build up the Austrian subsidiary company in Vienna, but received a call to move to the headquarters for Germany in Hamburg only 2 years later. He held the position of a financial controller for the next three years. In June of 2000 he founded the UPPER Network GmbH in Germany and, starting from 2002, the other subsidiaries in Vienna and Unterpremstätten.

During the progression of his career Peter Gosch was the Sales Manager of an Austrian steel company for two years and Managing Director of an international logistics provider with the focus on marketing and sales for five years. For another four years he held the position of an executive consultant for process & change management. He got on board of UPPER Network GmbH as a founding member in 2000 and has since been responsible as a managing director for the division marketing & sales.
