UPPER Network was founded in 2000 with its headquarters in Vienna (Austria) and branches in Unterpremstaetten (Austria), Hamburg (Germany) and Kaarst (Germany) and is a leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions.

UPPER’s healty growth is primarily based on an excellent cash flow and continuous investments of the owners. UPPER’s cutting edge technologies including SaaS, cloud computing and Business Process Management are a result of intensive research & development as a main strategy of the company since formation.

Our company shares are not publicly traded. From time to time, shares of UPPER Network stock are traded between the private investors. In these private stock transactions, UPPER Network acts as the transfer agent.
